Spiral Vinyl-Coated Pipe

The strength of spiral pipe in combination with the chemical inertness of PVC make spiral vinyl-coated pipe ideal for applications involving the removal of chemical fumes and underground HVAC where strength and corrosion resistance because of minerals in backfills (such as salts) is vital.

Our vinyl-coated spiral pipe has the following characteristics:

  • UL listed
  • Galvanized steel coated with polyvinyl chloride material
  • Inside thickness of 1 mil (standard) and outside thickness of 4 mils (may be reversed for special purposes)
  • Standard external corrugations for underground applications involving 14” diameter pipe
  • Standard gauges are: 20 gauge (26” to 48”), 24 gauge (17” to 24”), 24 gauge (4” to 16”)

Spiral Insulated Pipe

Our dual-wall spiral insulated duct provides both sound attenuating and thermal insulating benefits to air distribution systems. As a highly effective dual-wall product, it possesses outer and inner spiral pipes with a layer of glass fiber insulation packed in between, effectively conserving energy and reducing noise.

Material Handling and Truck Loading

Spiral pipe is ideal for bulk material handling applications due to its low pressure loss, efficient airflow characteristics, and ability to withstand high pressure. At Spiral Manufacturing Co., Inc., we offer a comprehensive selection of trailer loading accessories, including:
